Управління потенціалом підприємств з газопостачання та газифікації

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена теоретичному обгрунтуванню та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо управління потенціалом підприємства, оцінці відповідності компетенції, які створені на підприємстві і виконуються його підрозділами, керованому процесу реалізації можливостей. В дисертаційній роботі надано пропозиції щодо створення основних компетенцій, які формують здатності використання та розвитку позитивних можливостей суб’єкта господарювання.

Також уточнено теоретичну сутність та узагальнено основні поняття теорії потенціалу підприємства, визначено основні особливості управління ним. В роботі проведена оцінка використання позитивних і негативних. можливостей підприємствами з газопостачання та газифікації cистеми України, та ВAТ “Хмельницькгаз”, охарактеризовано основні тенденції використання ними потенціалу, проведено аналіз існуючих компетенцій підприємств на предмет повного функціонального забезпечення процесу управління їх можливостями. На основі проведених оцінок визначено напрямки вдосконалення системи управління потенціалом підприємства.The thesis deals with theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for managing enterprise’s potential, competence compliance evaluation, created at an enterprise and performed by its departments, guided process of capabilities realization. The thesis gives proposals for creating basic competences, which form abilities to use and develop positive possibilities of entrepreneurial subjects.

Also there has been specified the theoretical essence and there have been generalized basic notions of enterprise’s potential theory, there have been defined basic peculiarities of its management. The work has conducted the evaluation of using positive and negative possibilities of oil and gas supply and gasification system enterprises of Ukraine and public corporation “Khmelnitskgaz”, there have been characterized basic trends of their using the potential, there has been conducted the analysis of existing enterprises’ competences as to the subject of full functional support of their possibilities management process. As based upon the conducted evaluation there have been defined the directions of improving the system of managing enterprise’s potential.
