Abstract
У роботі наведено організаційно-економічний механізм освоєння залишкових запасів вуглеводнів нафтогазовидобувними підприємствами. Визначено, що використання всіх структурних елементів механізму в рамках стратегії розвитку підприємств дасть змогу підвищити ефективність їх діяльності.
The article describes organizational and economic mechanism of remaining hydrocarbon reserves development by oil and gas producing enterprises. It is defined that the use of all structural elements of the mechanism within the development strategy of enterprises shall improve their performance efficiency.
