Використання поліуретанових покриттів у процесі ремонту насосних штанг

Abstract

Застосування поліуретанових покриттів – один з найбільш поширених способів захисту від корозії, зносу, корозійної втоми в промисловості. Ізоляція металу від корозійного середовища шаром нанесеного на нього захисного покриття перешкоджає діяльності мікрогальванічних елементів на поверхні металу і тим самим захищає від корозії та зносу. Електрохімічними та імпедансними методами вивчали корозійну стійкість сталі з захисними поліуретановими покриттями, модифікованими інгібувальними пігментами. Встановлено, що поєднання у складі поліуретанового ґрунту суміші фосфату / молібдату цинку та додатково природного силікату кальцію підсилює захисні властивості покриття завдяки ефекту синергізму.Protection against corrosion, wear, corrosion fatigue by applying coatings is one of the most common methods in the industry. Isolation of metal from the corrosion penvironment using the layer of protective coating deposited on it interferes with the microgalvanic elements action on the surface of metal and thus protects against corrosion and wear. Electrochemical and impedance methods were applied to study the resistance to corrosion of steel with the protective polyurethane primer coatings modified by inhibiting pigments. It was established that the combination of polyurethane primer coating in this composition together with the mixture of phosphate / molybdenum zinc and added to it natural calcium silicate strengthens protective properties of coating due to synergetic effect.
