Сучасні технології зварювання магістральних нафтогазопроводів

Abstract

Проаналізовано технологічні особливості, режими зварювання та властивості зварних з’єднань основних способів з’єднання магістральних трубопроводів. Наведено дані про зварювальні матеріали, системи обладнання та організацію виконання робіт. Розглянуто технологічні аспекти забезпечення відтворювання якості зварних з’єднань при автоматичному орбітальному зварюванні. Описані тенденції та напрямки подальшого розвитку технологій зварювання трубопроводів.We have analyzed the technological peculiarities, welding regimes and welding joints properties of principle methods of main pipelines union. Welding materials data, equipment systems and operations executive organization are showed here. We have analyzed the technological aspects of welding joints quality reproduction under automatic orbital welding. The tendencies and directions of further development of pipeline welding technologies are described in this article.
