Ціннісно-орієнтоване управління на нафтогазовидобувних підприємствах

Abstract

Дисертація присвячена розробці та обґрунтуванню концепції ціннісно орієнтованого управління для нафтогазовидобувних підприємств. Стрижневими аспектами цієї концепції є інтеграція аксіологічної доктрини, яка зосереджується на цінностях та їх ролі в умовах трансформації системи менеджменту з урахуванням розвитку людського капіталу. Основою для формування ефективної стратегії є визнання цінностей як фундаментальних компонентів, що визначають сталий розвиток нафтогазовидобувних підприємств.Проведено дослідження реалій, передумов та сучасних тенденцій розвитку ціннісно-орієнтованого управління. Виявлено особливості інформаційного забезпечення ціннісно-орієнтованого менеджменту з урахуванням позицій власності (акціонерного капіталу), ефективності управління й адміністрування бізнес-процесами.The dissertation studies the development and substantiation of the concept of value-based management for oil and gas extraction enterprises. The core aspect of this concept is integration of the axiological doctrine, which focuses on values and their role under the conditions of transformation of the management system, taking into account the development of human capital. The basis for the formation of an effective strategy is the recognition of values as fundamental components that determine the sustainable development of oil and gas extraction enterprises. A study of the realities, prerequisites, and modern trends in the development of value-based management has been conducted. The features of informational support for value-based management, considering ownership positions (share capital) and the efficiency of management and administration of business processes, have been revealed.
