Методика визначення контактного тиску у з'єднанні обсадних труб і муфт з герметизуючою втулкою

Abstract

Участки соединения с натягом обсадной трубы, муфты и герметизирующей втулки получают осесимметричные изгибы стенок, которые не затухают на коротких участках. Эти изгибы определяет максимальный прогиб каждого из двух краев участка, пропорциональный разнице радиусов, распределенных давлений и жесткостей со смежным участком-опорой. Предложены функции, позволяющие рассчитать результирующий изгиб участка по двух краевых прогибах с учетом влияния дополнительных изгибов смежных и несмежных участков.The sections of the casing pipes, couplings and of the hermetically sealed spigot get the axis-symmetrical curves of their walls by the screw with the strain. These walls curves are proportional to the difference of the radiuses, spreaded pressures, toughnesses at the adjacent prop-sections and do not die out lengthwise the short sections. The proposed function gives the possibility to calculate the result curves of the thinwalled cylinder after the maximum turn both of its edges considering the influences of the additional curves from the adjacent and unadjacent sections.
