Методи оцінки інтелектуального капіталу інноваційних організацій нафтогазового комплексу

Abstract

Розглянуті питання методики оцінки інтелектуального капіталу організацій інноваційної сфери діяльності. Для цієї мети пропонується використовувати методи переваг у доходах і звільнення від роялті. Розглянуто особливості визначення ставок роялті та дисконтування при оцінці інтелектуального капіталуThe questions of method of estimation of intellec-tual capital of organizations of innovative sphere of activity are considered in the article. For this purpose it is suggested to use the methods of advantages in profits and release from royalty. The features of determination of rates and discounting at the estimation of intellectual capital royalty are considered.
