Про концептуальний підхід до партнерської взаємодії виробництва, освіти та науки у нафтогазовому комплексі

Abstract

У статті розглянуто концептуальний підхід до відображення сутності партнерства та представлено його графічну інтерпретацію. На основі дослідження особливостей функціонування нафтогазового комплексу в умовах епохи «економіки знань», підтверджено потребу у пошуку альтернативних методів зростання ефективності діяльності суб’єктів нафтогазового комплексу, серед яких особливої уваги заслуговує формування партнерських відносин виробничих структур із освітніми та науковими організаціями. Крім того із врахуванням положень «теорії зацікавлених сторін» та використанням системи показників відповідальності ASC побудовано адаптивну модель партнерської взаємодії у системі «виробництво – освіта – наука» нафтогазового комплексу.The article explores a conceptual approach to reflecting the essence of partnership and presents its graphic interpretation. On the basis of the study of the features of the functioning of the oil and gas complex in the era of the "knowledge economy", the need to find alternative methods for increasing the efficiency of the activities of oil and gas complex entities is confirmed, among which special attention should be paid to the formation of partnership relations between production structures and educational and scientific organizations. In addition, taking into account the provisions of the "stakeholder theory" and using the system of ASC liability indicators, an adaptive model of partnership interaction in the production-education-science system of the oil and gas complex was built.
