Облік забезпечення витрат на виведення з експлуатації основних засобів та відновлення земельних ділянок: міжнародний і національний аспекти

Abstract

У статті розкрито методику ведення обліку забезпечення витрат на виведення з експлуатації основних засобів та відновлення земельних ділянок з урахуванням міжнародного та національного досвіду. Застосування цієї методики обліку забезпечить реалізацію якісних характеристик фінансової звітності компаній нафтогазової промисловості у частині відображення інформації про даний об’єкт обліку.The objective of this article is to outline the method of costs accounting for removing assets from the operation and restoration of ground (deposits) in the oil and gas companies in the contest of international and national standards. The article analyzes the basic requirements of the provisions of international and national standards according to accounting provisions. Accounting of providing method for decommissioning of fixed assets and ground restoration is recommended to use in practice. Applying of that accounting method will ensure the implementation of the qualitative characteristics of financial statements of companies in petroleum industry in part of displaying information about given accounting object.
