Abstract
Розглянуто основні проблеми мотивації праці управлінських кадрів. Проведено соціологічне
опитування керівників НГВУ «Долинанафтогаз» ВАТ «Укрнафта». За результатами анкетування дано
рекомендації щодо необхідності оцінки та аналізу стану мотивації праці управлінського персоналу
нафтогазових підприємств.
Abstract - T his article considers importance and significance of administrative work on oil and gas enterprises, in particular – necessity of its motivation. Main problems of motivating the staff are regarded. Also we explain difference of motivation on different hierarchy levels. After guestioning managers of different levels of management staff on Dolyna Oil and Gas Company and Joint Stock Company «Ukrnafta» and summing up the results of this monitoring we gave recommendations for necessary evaluation and analysis of the state of motivating the staff on oil and gas enterprises. Namely we underlined that with the promotion of the staff motivational needs of managers are changing, thus motivational mechanism must react properly and in time to the change of motivational needs of the workers. We pay attention that administrative work is a moving force in upgrading work on the enterprise, economic stability and the whole branch of economy.
