Методи безвогневого врізання в діючі трубопроводи

Abstract

Капітальний ремонт діючих трубопроводів (без зупинки транспортування продукту) методом спорудження нової нитки паралельно діючій неможливий без використання безвогневого врізання в трубопровід. Даний метод супроводжується приварюванням патрубка-відводу до діючого трубопроводу та встановленням запірної арматури з пристроєм для врізання. Проведено огляд пристроїв для виконання ремонтних робіт.Implementation of full repair of the operating ductings (without closing-in of hauling of product) by the method of construction of new filament parallell operating is impossible without the use of the cutting in ducting. This method is accompanied welding on of branch-bend to the operating ducting and determination of the fitting with attachment for cutting in.
