Моделювання вібрацій вібросит методом скінчених елементів

Abstract

Розглядається моделювання вібрацій вібросит методом кінцевих елементів, які підлягають зносу і виходу з ладу при очищенні розчинів в процесі буріння свердловин. Певні частоти і форми власних коливань традиційного вібросита і вібросита з гофрованої сіткою.

The design of vibrations of shale shakers by the method of finite elements which are subject to the wear and failures during the cleaning of solutions in the process of the drilling of oil wells is examined in this article. The frequencies and forms of proper vibrations of traditional shale shakers and shale shakers with the 3D screen are obtained.
