Abstract

Дисертація присвячена теоретико-методологічному обґрунтуванню необхідності, доцільності і шляхів удосконалення механізму та інструментів управління змінами в діяльності об’єднаних територіальних громад з результативної і ефективної трансформації спільних ресурсів в економічний добробут і сталий розвиток.Dissertation is sanctified to the theoretical and methodological ground of necessity and expediency of improvement of mechanisms and instruments of management of the incorporated territorial communities activity from effective and effective transformation of share. The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the necessity, expediency and ways of improving the mechanism and tools of change management in the activities of the united territorial communities from the effective and efficient transformation of common resources into economic well-being and sustainable development.
