Изложены основные задачи реструктуризации предприятия. Обоснованы определенные виды реструктуризации: техническая, финансовая, экономическая, организационно-правовая и управленческая. Важное место отводится материально-техническим ресурсам. Предложены мероприятия по стратегии реструктуризации
