Висвітлено питання економічної сутності курортної ренти, з’ясовано необхідні умови та чинники її утворення, оцінено її фінансовий потенціал. Розкрито особливості рентного регулювання ринку курортних послуг. Окреслено структуру інституційного механізму курортної ренти.The question of the economic essence of the health resort rent and the necessary conditions and factors of its formation are clarified. Its financial potential is estimated. The peculiarities of the rent regulation of the market of health resort services are shown. The structure of the institutional mechanism of health resort rent is presented.
