Збільшення продуктивності відновлення робочих поверхонь опорних катків дуговим наплавленням

Abstract

Описано методику збільшення продуктивності відновлення опорних катків гусеничних тракторів методом дугового наплавлення під флюсом за рахунок введення додаткового присаджувального дроту в зварювальну ванну. Введення додаткової присадки також уможливить зменшення трудомісткості та енергетичних затрат за незмінних фізико-механічних властивостей наплавленого шару.The methods of the productivity improvement of the restoration of thrust rollers of caterpillar tractors by means of arc welding under the flux layer due to the implementation of the additional filler wire in the welding bath. The proposed implementation of the additional additives makes it to reduce the intensiveness and consuming of power in constant physical and mechanical properties of the welded layer.
